Construction Design (ARC 282)
This class is a technology based Studio emphasizing a methodological approach to the assembly of the building's envelope, materials and systems. This course is composed of two principal projects.
Project 1: Residential Building
Project 2: Service Learning Project
This project is a commercial type II or type III existing construction with a proposal of energy efficient upgrades.
This project is a residential type V construction, energy star efficiency and part of the house should be ADA compliant.
